The covered patio at Bar South: TVs along the wall, pennants overhead, tables ready

The patio is covered, so the weather is somebody else’s problem. Heaters run when it turns cold and the fans run when it doesn’t. The TVs are on, with the NFL package on Sundays.

Step off the deck and you are at the sand volleyball court, with cornhole set up beside it. Plenty of people never make it back inside.

Dogs are welcome on the patio.
